Teaching at NEXMAP
NEXMAP staff members contribute to teaching by conducting courses and student projects with focus on materials physics and instrument development at international large scale facilities by:
- Neutron scattering sources
- X-ray synchrotrons
- XFELs (X-ray Free Electron Lasers)
- Instrument development for neutron (McStas) and synchrotron (McXtrace) scattering facilities.
Courses given with contributions from NEXMAP staff:
- Mekanik og fysisk modellering (BSc Course 10033) (Teacher: Martin Meedom Nielsen)
- X-ray and Neutron Experiments at International Research Facilities (BSc Course 10209) (Course responsible: Niels Hessel Andersen)
- The structure and dynamics of materials studied with X-rays and neutrons (MSc Course 10200) (Responsibles: Niels Bech Christensen, Søren Schmidt, Niels Hessel Andersen)
- The staff members contribute to other courses within magnetism and structural physics
