Yincheng is a new PhD student in QPIT and bigQ and will be working on the design, fabrication and characterization of ultra-coherent mechanical oscillators to be used for quantum opto-mechanical experiments. This project is a collaboration with Ole Sigmund at the department of mechanical engineering at DTU and Tobias Kippenberg at EPFL and is supported by DTU (DTU EuroTech Alliance stipend).
