The workshop will take place at Hotel Scandic Falkoner, where participants will also be accommodated.
The hotel is very centrally located on Frederiksberg, an independent enclave within Copenhagen with beautiful boulevards, open parks and spaces, and plenty of cafés and shops. It is immediately next to the Frederiksberg Metro station which has a direct connection (20 minutes) from Copenhagen Airport. Usually we can enjoy cosy Christmas lighting and decorations in December, but this year the lighting may be rather reduced. Hopefully you will still be able to feel the warm Christmas atmosphere.

Registration
The number of participants is limited to about 80 and registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Registration deadline: October 27th, 2022.
- Participation fee: FREE.
- Accommodation cost: DKK 1010 per night at the hotel when using the discount code you receive upon registration.
- We have reserved rooms at the hotel, but you need to book the accommodation yourselves. The rooms can be booked and cancelled until 10. November at Scandic's booking page (remember to enter the discount code).
The main program will consist of invited talks. Regular participants are encouraged to present a poster - please indicate in the registration if you intend to bring a poster. Depending on available time in the final program, a small number of poster presenters may be offered to present a talk instead.
The program will include lunch, coffee, welcome reception and a social dinner.
