The registration is free of charge and it covers day conference attendance incl. catering*
* Wednesday 27 April 2022: morning break, lunch, afternoon break, dinner
* Thursday 28 April 2022: morning break, lunch, afternoon break
Please be aware that accommodation is not included.
When signing up for this free of charge symposium, you are expected to:
- be present during the entire symposium
- participate actively
- withdraw your registration within the deadline if anything prevents you from participating
We encourage all participants to present a poster during the poster session on the 27th. There will be a prize for the best poster and the winner will be announced during the dinner.
We have 30 poster stands ready for putting your exciting research on display. The poster format should be A0 or smaller.
Your poster is by default accepted when you choose the option "Yes, I would like to present a poster", and you will not receive any further info.
The registration is managed by Conference Manager™ and you will be directed to their webpage for the registration process.
DEADLINE for registration is Sunday April 24, 2022 EOD (CEST)
- however seats will be distributed on first-come-first-serve basis, and registration will close when the symposium is full...
